Purpose in Pink: How CFJ Manufacturing Shows Up for a Cause

Every October, the team at CFJ Manufacturing transforms our workspace into something a little more powerful and a lot more pink. Our Annual Pink Out Event brings employees together in support of Breast Cancer Awareness Month and the mission of Susan G. Komen®.

It’s a day filled with connection, creativity, and contribution. From sunrise to the final game of bingo, our team shows up in every sense of the word, proving once again that the heart of CFJ beats strongest when we are giving back.

A Full Day of Giving (and Great Vibes)

This year’s event featured a taco truck lunch, raffles throughout the day, and a festive evening round of bingo, all with proceeds going to Susan G. Komen®. The energy was high, but the impact was even greater.

At the center of it all was our Pink Out Shop, filled with products designed and produced by our team, from pink CFJ t-shirts and jerseys to aprons, bracelets, and more. Every item was made in-house with care and intention, and every purchase helped push our fundraising efforts forward.

Honoring Fighters, Past and Present

One of the most meaningful parts of the day was our Wall of Fighters, where we honored those we have lost and those still fighting. It was a moment for reflection, shared strength, and a reminder of why we do this every year.

We are proud that our own staff not only produces the items that fuel the fundraiser but also designs many of them. It is a full-circle effort that uses our capabilities as a manufacturer to make a real difference.

At CFJ, giving back does not mean pressing pause on what we do best. It means using our skills and creativity for something bigger.
